Follow a seafood expert as you explore dozens of spectacular seafood species and learn about different fishing techniques used by professional fisherman that minimise bycatch and improve the quality of their product.

While the samples will change based on what’s in season, you can expect:

To peel and eat different types of Prawns
Watch rock oysters being shucked to order
Look in amazement as tuna is broken down right in front of you and try fresh sashimi off the backbone
Pick out fresh calamari to be fried to a golden-brown
Try Australian classics like meat pies and vegemite on fresh baked sourdough
